Laboratory
 Kennedy Optical has the capability to make eyeglasses on its
premises. Most single vision prescriptions can be filled the
same day. Bifocals, trifocals, no-line bifocals
(progressive) and specialty lenses take a few additional
days. At Kennedy Optical we offer Varilux brand progressive
lenses and Crizal anti-reflective coated lenses.
Insurance
We accept some insurances including: CDPHP, Schalmont
Schools and Medicare. In the event your
insurance is not listed, we will be happy to submit any
necessary insurance forms and your insurance company will
have to reimburse you directly.

WinkTM is an eyewear
FrameCamTM; a computer
system which captures and simultaneously displays up to four
close-up, pictures of the patient in the frames of their
choice from our dispensary. Prescription eyeglass wearers
cannot see clearly without their glasses, which makes the
process of selecting the right frame very difficult and
frustrating. WINKTM solves
this challenge by permitting the patient to see side-by-side
comparisons while wearing their prescription eyewear, thus
being able to view themselves in a variety of frames while
still wearing their glasses.
